The West Kowloon Cultural District is being developed into one of the world’s largest cultural quarters, blending art, education, and public space.  This project was for a complex of three world-class museums with distinct but synergistic missions, goals, and programming, under a unifying master plan by Sir Norman Foster for the 400,000 square meter district.
