Executive Assistant to the CEO

GCAM is searching for an experienced, dependable, and task-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and the senior management team.  The Executive Assistant will manage multiple business and administrative tasks in coordination with the CEO, the staff, and various consultants. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing his/her work-load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced international company. Duties of this position include:

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and working with partners and vendors

  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners

  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries

  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, such as dinners, fund-raising events, and company development

  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents

  • Establish and maintain the corporation’s books of account, and be responsible for depositing income and paying accounts payable

  • Attend advisory board meetings and maintain the corporation’s records

  • Oversight responsibility for payroll and human resource related matters

  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and investors 

Requirements of this position include: 

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software

  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties

  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

Junior Architect

Responsibilities include research, acquisition and translation of architectural 3D model assets. Responsible for research and development of 3D scanning, 3D printing, laser cutting and CNC milling technology. Also responsible for production of the design and fabrication documentation including but not limited to 2D and 3D drawings, physical models, and full scale fabrication of exhibitions.  

2-5 years working in professional architecture firms with skills in AutoCAD, Rhino, the Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office. Maya, 3ds Max, and Fusion 360 experience a plus. Previous leadership experience preferred.
